By using SemLag you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This term will take effect immediately after your first visit. If you do not agree to all of the following terms, please do not access SemLag anymore. The materials contained in this site are protected by copyright and trademark law. If any of the terms or conditions are not met, your account will be blocked without notice and without refund.
USE
SemLag servers are limited to online gaming and navigation only. This means that you can not use them for:
1. Any malicious activity
2. Any other type of program
3. Downloading files
4. As a general proxy server (IRC for example)
5. You can not give your account details to anyone
6. It is forbidden to lend the account
7. It is possible to use on 2 computers, if it's not used simultaneously.
Your agreement with SemLag will automatically terminate without refund if you violate any of the restrictions and can also be canceled by SemLag at any time. SemLag also reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without any notice or reason to do so.
SUBSCRIPTION
Purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize SemLag to automatically cover the contracted plan automatically at the end of the subscription period until it is canceled.
REVISIONS AND ERROR
Materials appearing on the SemLag site may include technical, typographic or photographic errors. SemLag does not guarantee that any of the materials on your site are accurate, complete or current. SemLag may make changes to the materials contained on your site at any time without notice. SemLag does not have to update the materials.
EXTERNAL LINKS
SemLag has not reviewed the sites linked to the site and is not responsible for the content of such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SemLag. The use of the external link is at the user's own risk.
LIMITATIONS
1. In no event shall SemLag or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, or due to business interruption, service and account loss in any game) arising out of the use or inability to use SemLag materials on the internet.
2. If our service disconnects, we will not be responsible for possible losses within the online game.
3. Our service works well for internets above 1 MB. Do not use SemLag if you have 3G internet, wireless, dial-up internet, radio, internet with problems of disconnects. Be aware that there may be problems with disconnects or lags and there will be no refund.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER
In no case will the account email be changed. We guarantee account recovery only through email.
REFUND
1. No refund will be granted in case of abuse or breach of our terms of service and service usage policies.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill its purpose. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
